Tofu chapathis/rotis
Tofu is really a very good protein source and healthier than our very own panneer.
Ingredients:
Tofu:200 gms(very soft type)
Wheat flour:5 cups
Zeera/cumin seeds:2 tsp
salt: to taste
Chilli powder:1 tsp
Green chillies (finely chopped):3-4
Pickle masala(masala in any pickle): 1 tsp
Asafoetida:1/2 tsp
Coriander: 4-5 tsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Method:
Add the ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
Make chapathis and enjoy.
