Bali :Day 5 : Bali Bird Park and Bali Zoo

We planned to visit Bali Zoo and Bali Bird Park for the last day in Bali. We wanted a leisurely activity as we will have to reach the airport on time. We first visited Bali Zoo.. It's quite a large zoo, there are many activities scheduled at certain times. You can plan and attend as many shows as possible.. We also are allowed to feed the animals for a price. We fed tiger, lemur. tried to feed the Lion too, but they seemed not interested. We need to take the free shuttle bus to go to another enclosure where Orangutans, Elephants, Tigers are kept. We are allowed to take free photos with Birds and then you can choose to buy them later while exiting the Zoo. 

Next we visited Bali Bird Park. Here there is a reptile Park just opposite the Bird Park.Bird Park also has many scheduled sessions where they explain about many birds and also it includes feeding the birds where any one can participate. There was 4 D animated movie show that explains the importance of birds. Komodo Dragon can be seen here. Also Birds are arranged as per the city names in Indonesia. 

Next we traveled to Kuta. At Kuta, we had lunch at Warung Dapur Alum. This was the same restaurant where we  had dinner on day 1.Food was really good. We had vegetarian food and it had many elements  like fried peanuts, Tofu satay. After lunch we went to Kuta bombing site to see the memorial.. Streets surrounding this memorial is a street shopping area. We were dropped at airport  by our Guide. There was only 2 lounges in airport and they were full .Thus our trip to Bali ended.
