MASAIMARA DAY 3

We packed our bags, had breakfast  and checked  out from the hotel.We  had again packed our lunch today, but we had previously requested for some rice and potatoes , so that we can eat some INDIAN style food.

We had to leave the Masaimara National Park by 12 pm , else we will have to pay charges for another day.So we actually left the hotel quite early  and also had a very  quick breakfast.

ON our way to the  Mara Triangle, We watched few hyenas, foxes, elephants, Wild beasts.We also saw few hyenas trying to scare away the herds of Wild beasts.



Later at a far distance we also saw 2 lions trying to hunt  a  warthog.But after waiting for almost an hour we didn't get a chance to see a kill.

We also saw a zebra lying dead on the side of the road. There were 2 types of vultures feeding on the carcass.

As we drove away from the Mara Triangle, crossing the Mara River, we were at NO Man's Land.
This piece of land that our driver  explained, neither belongs to KENYA nor TANZANIA.Also from here  on our way we spotted a group of Female ostriches with 1 male ostrich, a COMODO Dragon, herds of elephant, many birds.




We also saw a bird  hitting and trying to kill a frog , which had blown itself like a balloon to prevent getting killed by the bird.





It took us  4 hours to reach the gate from the hotel.

As we drove past the Gate, we stopped at a  souvenir shop to have lunch and also we did some shopping there.Later we left straight to Nairobi without any stop in between.
It took 6 hours to reach Nairobi

After refreshing, we left  to an Indian restaurant for Dinner.
