Mango Chia pudding


Mango Chia pudding


This is a very healthy  dessert  or breakfast. This is quite easy and needs just mixing  and blending.


Ingredients: ( Serves 6)


½ cup chia seeds soaked in 1 cup  milk for 15 minutes

1/3 cup rose water and saffron mix.

1/3 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups fresh mango cubes

Mango Mix:


1 cup water

1 cup fresh mango cubes

½ cup fresh whipping cream or coconut cream

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 tbsp  honey or maple syrup

Garnish :


Almond /pistachio flakes

Dried Edible roses

Method:


Blend all Mango Mix ingredients.

Mix Mango mix with Chia Seeds Mix. Add  all other ingredients and mix.

Refrigerate  for 2-3 hours till the pudding thickens. The pudding will thicken as the chia seeds absorb all the water.

Add to serving bowls and garnish with nut flakes and roses and serve chilled.
