Day 6: Jajce, Travnik
We started from the hotel to Jajce waterfalls which was 2
hrs drive through the new highway .We bought entry tickets which was 8 KM/Person.
We can see the waterfalls from many
locations. We can see it from the place where it falls and also the
actual falls.
Even standing close to the falls for a minute will drench you completely. That big is the waterfalls . After clicking pictures of the falls at different heights we travelled back to Travnik. We stopped at Pliva lake .It was a beautiful calm place .From here we went to the part of the lake where boating is allowed. We didn’t go boating, but we did admire the lake . In Travnik we stopped for lunch at Vlasicka Kuca Restaurant.

We had same fries and veg pizza again. There was no other
choice for vegetarians. We also tasted the famous Vlasic cream cheese that was fresh from the Vlasic Mountains.
From here we left to Travnik Fortress .The entrance ticket
is 6 KM/Person. The fortress was so green
and a tall one built on the mountain in the Centre of Travnik old town. There
are two beautiful tall clock towers which will not be missed by the eyes.
Also there is Ivo Andric House here in Travnik .He is the noble Prize winner for Literature in 1961. From here we went to the Plava Voda.It means blue water. Not sure why it is called so as the water isn’t blue but very clear. You can see a very old watermill that keeps moving as the water flows.
